The communication skill of a teacher is a necessary factor that has to be considered. It is believed that one has to be a good communicator, a fluent speaker and a  in order to become an effective teacher. The posture, self esteem and the smart personality of a teacher are some of the contributing factors to the totality of a teacher. Dr. Conchita Temporal is the classroom teacher during the observation, with her ways of introducing herself with the student observers her confidence was observed to boost out. Courteous words she used were some of the concrete evidences of how well kept and manage she is as a teacher. The observer noticed that she can fluently speak in both languages, Filipino and English, the time given was truly short but at that expanse of time the observer proved that she is well trained and she is very good teacher of the language same as true in literature subjects.
